Great topic Jean! How about just taking the staff out or providing for a healthy lunch once a month? In the office you could provide fruit and water as a mid-day snack for patients as they come in. A good chance to promote smaller 'nibbling' style meals also. Perhaps team up with the local YMCA/gym to come in that day and do a promo for a week of free visits also. This might also allow you in their doors to do a few patient ed types evenings.
