If you already do them…bravo! You are ahead of the game. :1. Address patient’s by their last name and request permission to use their first name. For example, ‘Hi Mr. Smith welcome to our office. May I call you John or do you prefer Mr. Smith?’2. Call them after your first treatment to check up on them.3. Send a HANDWRITTEN welcome note after their first visit. No e-mail!!4. Offer them Spring Water while they wait to see you. Mini-bottles.5. Compliment them on their progress.6. Thank them for choosing you as their doctor. Show appreciation.7. HI there; I have had a major back surgery in 95. had pain free recovery. last fall, I had injured my back again; Now I have a buldging disc above the plates as well as below the fussion. I need to know if it is possible to spin my disc at L-1 level. For several months, I had problems with,rectal area & blader control. After the myilogram injection, I have had some pain releaf. I feel that the injection.pushed the dics that was pushing on the nerve. I was born wiht a small spianal nerve canail. I Am now going threw courtzazone shots. After my first shot I went home and worked on my self home care ideas. I felt alot better now.I need to know with taking those shots and finding a chiro master can the two spin the disc so I can avoid another surgery? I feel it is very possible. Question ? Is there something in those courtzazone shots that lubicated the disc ? because I think it does. Right after the shot the doctor sent me into another room to ice my back. I shut that door to that room and started to stratch my back out touching my toes with out bending my knees,twisting,ect. Why God told me to do so. I felt and herd alot of wired noises in my back. I feel the disc was moving because the injection of that shot lubed the disc allowing the disc to move. I need advice of a doctor. I need help here. I am determined to beat this problem.
